Returns and Refunds

If you ever feel that you have not received a great order, let us know so that we can consider what went wrong and what could be improved in the future.

We can also discuss a refund or replacement and will always aim to ensure you have received an order in fantastic condition, even if that means sending you a new freshly cut order at our expense.

Our goal is that at the point at which you open your pot of micro greens and put them on your plate they are in perfect condition.

If your order does not arrive we will offer the next opportunity or a refund.

We occasionally include a substitute microgreen, but if you receive it and find that you cannot use it for some reason and owuld like a refund, let us know, we will aim to accommodate.

We accept all major debit and credit cards and PayPal on the website.

Many of our customers subscribe through the website, but others with us directly and use a GoCardless direct debit mandate to do this which gives excellent flexibility especially when requesting bespoke subscription deliveries.

Shipping / delivery policy

If you are offered and accept a local delivery option you get your microgreens in the best possible condition, handled by us, with the shortest time from harvest to delivery and with our refrigerated van.

Our shipping option, for microgreens, is with DHL overnight, and customer reviews have been excellent.

​

Nuts and kits may be sent by other services or on our microgreens delivery schedules.

We deliver ourselves whenever possible, with one route on a Tuesday and one on a Friday. Orders before 0900 the day before make the harvest. But order whenever you like and we will allocate to our next possible delivery / shipping date.

​

If you would prefer a later date, just leave a note with your order, specify your latest possible delivery day and morning / afternoon, and we will ensure that we do everything we can to get it to you on time, or will communicate with you if we're unsure what is possible.

Given that we grow for you, we always appreciate as much lead time as possible for your order especially if they are large or unusual such as for special events or a new menu.
