Edible flowers: violas, mixed colours when possible. With a subtle and slightly sweet flavour violas are a great flower in that the entire flower is edible so no de-petaling is required. If you need larger volumes or for specail events, let us know well in advance and we will reserve them for you.


Flowers are fragile and have a short shelf life but they can be brought back to life by floating them in cold water. You can also ask us to leave a longer stalk on them if you plan to trim before using.
