1. Shipping Locations

Lightfoot's Farm currently ships within the United Kingdom only. We deliver to all UK postal addresses, including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options:

- Standard Delivery: 2-3 business days

- Next Day Delivery: Orders placed before 12 PM (noon) will be delivered the next business day

- Special Orders: Custom or bulk orders may have extended delivery times (will be confirmed at checkout)

Delivery times are from the date the order is dispatched, not from the order date. Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1 business day.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the order value and delivery method:

- Orders under £25: £3.99 (Standard) / £5.99 (Next Day)

- Orders £25-£50: £2.99 (Standard) / £4.99 (Next Day)

- Orders over £50: FREE (Standard) / £3.99 (Next Day)

Free shipping is available on orders over £50 for standard delivery.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your delivery status.

5. Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

6. Undelivered Packages

If a package is undelivered or returned to us:

- We will attempt redelivery or contact you within 2 business days

- If the package is returned to us uncollected, a full refund will be issued minus the original shipping cost

- If you refuse delivery, return shipping costs may apply

7. International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping. Customers outside the UK are unable to complete purchases on this website.

8. Shipping During Holidays

During UK bank holidays and festive periods, shipping may be delayed. We will provide updates on expected delivery times during these periods.
