We're a small artisanal grower and we believe in relationship and connection. Fights and litigation are for Amazon and Google - Lightfoot's Farm, and you, are real people and places, so let's enjoy how we live and work together and solve our problems by talking when needed.

 

Here's where we stand, in plain terms

Orders and pricing: Placing an order is an offer to buy: we confirm it once accepted. Prices include VAT where applicable and are as shown at checkout.

Your right to cancel: Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, most online orders can be cancelled within 14 days. Because our microgreens are fresh, perishable produce made to order, that cooling-off right doesn't apply once we've started growing or dispatched your order - well... tbh we are happy to accommodate cancelations on small orders until we've cut them, but if anything arrives in poor condition as can occasionally happen with postal deliveries, see below.

If something arrives in poor condition: Tell us what portion of your order is effected and we'll replace it or refund it, no fuss. This is a promise, we just want people to recieve our amazing product in proper order, not just a policy.

Subscriptions: You can pause, change, or cancel a subscription any time - just email us.

Delivery: See our Shipping Policy for routes, timing and costs.

Glamping bookings: are generally via airbnb and pitchup, but you can contact directly, ideally after checking airbnb, notably for whole field or group bookings, and terms for direct bookings will effectively default to what is set up on airbnb or pitchup.

Liability: Nothing here limits your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Beyond that, our liability is limited to the value of your order or booking.

Complaints: Email us first - we'll always try to sort it directly. These terms are governed by the law of England & Wales.

​

Changes: We may update these terms occasionally.
