1. Product Information

 

We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images of all products. Microgreens are a natural product and can vary slightly from harvest to harvest. Proportions of components of the mixes can also vary modestly.

 

2. Product Availability

 

Products are subject to availability. We usually have plenty of the mixes and their component crops, lager orders of more than ten units for example may require up to three weeks notice. Orders for commercial buyers or large events are best placed three weeks in advance to be sure that we can fulfil.

 

4. Order Confirmation

 

Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email, in general we are only in touch if we cannot meet your order, otherwise it will come the day after the next harvest, or the following if its delivered by us and on the following route.

 

5. Payment

- Other payment gateways as displayed at checkout; be in touch if you'd prefer to pay by transfer or direct debit.

 

All payments are processed securely through our encrypted payment system. Your payment information is never stored on our servers.

 

6. Order Cancellation

 

Orders can be cancelled before they have been harvested, email us if you are not sure. Email to hello@lightfootsfarm.com is always the most reliable way to contact us. 

 

7. Expected shelf life:

Most microgreens are excellent up to 7 days from harvest date when stored in a cool, dry place and often longer.

 

8. Special Orders

 

Custom or bulk orders are usually available but sometimes require three weeks notice. Please contact us directly to discuss requirements, pricing, and timelines.

 

9. Complaints and Disputes

 

If you have a complaint about your purchase:

1. Contact us as soon as possible and let us know what proportion of the delivery was effected.

2. We will work with you to resolve the matter (refund or replacement)

 

10. Consumer Rights

 

You have consumer rights under UK Consumer Rights Act 2015. These rights give you the right to:

- Goods to be of satisfactory quality

- Goods to be fit for purpose

- Goods to be as described

 

These rights are in addition to the return policy outlined above.
